The SEM originally had an EDX/EDS and EBSD sensor (electron backscatter diffraction) on board. Unfortunately, both are now defective.

The SEM sensor is functional, but currently does not allow high-resolution images.

For this reason, the SEM is being offered as a spare parts donor.
