    Specifications of the machines available

    1) Cracker XKP 560D

    Motor: 132 kw (177 HP), 970 RPM.

    Roll dia: 560 mm, Roll width: 1000 mm, both roll grooved.

    Age: 3 yrs, Usage: 500 ton

    2) Primary Vibrating Screener: 15ft x 5 ft single screen, 7.5 HP motor 960 RPM.

    3) Second Vibrating Screener: 8.5ft x 3.75ft 3 screens (extra screens available), 2 x 5 HP motors.

    4) Tyre shredder double shaft:

    Purchase: Feb 2023.

    In feed material: truck bus radial whole tyre (without bead wire) or 3 Piece cutting (without bead wire), whole passenger car tyres can be used without removing bead wire. Output size: 5 inch x 1.5 inch pieces

    6) Tyre side wall cutter:

    3 HP motor, 3-4 min to process 1 tyre.
